The purpose of ITL is to provide access to support, tools, resources, connections, collaborations, and other strategically delivered assistance with the intentional focus to serve and develop leaders through facilitating unity-based teachings and methods that equip, strengthen, educate, encourage, motivate, and provide other benefits for leaders, individually and as a whole.

April is the Visionary of Intentionally Teachable Leaders. She is an authority in digital ministry outreach and has strategically designed this approach to give leaders from all walks of life powerful tools, systems, strategies, resources, experience, knowledge and opportunities for connection and collaborations where they can share their gifts, talents, skills and message to operate at a higher level of leadership - Now, not later.
Today, April is a dynamic speaker. She also operates as a leadership consultant, mentor, and coach. As the host and guests of shows in the podcasting, tv, and radio industries, she serves a wide reach of audiences by sharing the core message of Unity. April is a wife and mom who intentionally balances the roles she holds with the understanding, knowledge, and wisdom that she has gained over the years. Whether it be time with family, personal development, hobbies, work, or resting, she invests it wisely and strategically:
with a purpose for a purpose on purpose. Intentionality in Action.
It’s April’s mission to help facilitate strategic, intentional expansion for leaders launched from a firm, core-value-based foundation. She equips and strengthens leaders through developing the step-by-step systems and blueprints they need to branch out and grow in all they do – allowing them to impact others and create a worthy legacy that those after them can aspire to achieve. April is a creative innovator and desires to help and support other leaders in the areas she has acquired wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Through her digital platforms, she builds community, facilitates connections, and collaborates with leaders across the globe.
In her own journey, she has experienced both struggle and victory, pain and joy, burnout and rest, and all the inbetween adventures that leadership holds. In sharing her message, her hope is that it all serves to make an impact that shifts atmosphere in every ripple effect she creates...

A Personal Note from April -
In matters of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding - I have a few quotes I would like to share with you.
As a foundational focus of VALUE, quotes across history have encouraged us to pursue wisdom. "In all your getting, be sure to get understanding," is how the Bible so simply and eloquently states it. As a man of written tragedies, Lucius Annaeus Seneca once philosophically pondered about what we do with the knowledge and wisdom we acquire, writing that, “Nothing will ever please me, no matter how excellent or beneficial, if I must retain the knowledge of it to myself. And if wisdom were given me under the express condition that it must be kept hidden and not uttered, I should refuse it. No good thing is pleasant to possess, without friends to share it." In Brian Tracy's leadership message, he encourages us to, "Become the type of leader that people would follow voluntarily, even if you had no title or position." Just like each of us, Brian shares this from the accumulated knowledge of experience he has gathered throughout his lifetime of learning. Weaved within the words shared and examples set through choices made by others over the vastness of time we can find an overflowing cup, if you will allow the turn of phrase, that holds various amounts of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.
As long as we intentionally choose to be teachable as leaders, we will continue to acquire the understanding that we need to accomplish great things in this world. We will make a mighty impact of a legacy that is worthy, profitable, and of great value. It will serve to influence those of this generation and for many more generations to come. You, as an individual, make a difference. Sharing your message with others and how you interact every day creates a ripple of effect of change in the atmosphere around you.
How much greater will that impact be when we intentionally choose to come together in what we do as leaders!?!

One forward step at a time gets you to victory's finish line. I know that Connection, Community, and Collaboration are vehicles of faster travel that serve to accelerate our impact as we partner and unite with others to create a legacy. Together our efforts are amplified, increased, accelerated, expanded, and elevated to higher levels of operating in all we do.
I'm here to help and support leaders through those key pillars of connection, community, and collaboration that shifts atmospheres in Unity. I desire to operate in honoring others in all I do.
